Recipients can call 01-423-4000 to confirm whether or not the Embassy has received the full batch of checks. We request that you pick up your check in person on Tuesdays between the hours of 1:00 and 2:00 at the Embassy. If you have not received or have lost a Social Security check, please inform the American Citizen Services unit U.S. Embassy Consular Information & Service MS Form: . We will work with the U.S. Department of Treasury to track down your check.
